And really when it comes to working with clients it’s taking what your client’s saying, listening to it, breaking it down, finding out what their problems are and really working with them to help bring out that woman inside of them that they didn’t even know existed.
My aspirations for Etica Salon would be for us to get a point where we have so many applicants that want to work with us and we’ve got so many clients that we’ve ran out of room. So we get to the point of where we have to buy out our neighbors, break down walls and just build and grow. I would love for us to be able to get to that type of energy.
My aspirations for Etica Salon are committed individuals who are helping to grow themselves, but also to help grow each other, and their willingness to inspire each team member, but not only the team members and clients too. And then we’d love to have more team members so we can help the salon grow as a whole, and so we can have more clients that we can help.
My expectations are someone who has an open mind and willing to learn, someone who is very family oriented and who wants to work well as a team, someone who is willing to go the extra mile, not only for the team members but also for our clients. Someone who is willing to grow themselves and the clients, whether it’s through education or inspiring themselves.
My expectations for new team members coming on is that they are hard workers. It’s not an easy job, it’s not an easy career.
What keeps me staying with Etica Salon is our close knit family that we are with each other, and how we go the extra mile for each other because I don’t know if you can find that anywhere else at any other salon. The way I get to teach new individuals that we hire and help them grow and our amazing clients that we have here at Etica Salon who are willing to see not only you but anybody else in the salon, and the flexibility that we have here.
